The Arts

Art & Music

St. John students are actively involved with music: recorders, choir, handbells, musicals and private lessons. There are concerts and musicals annually for all students at St. John. Independent skilled contractors offer vocal, instrumental and piano lessons to our students. We feature the students' art work at our annual art show.

  • NCMEA Music Competition

Choir

Our choir programs include:

  • Pre-K - 1 Grade: Little Lambs Choir
  • 2nd - 4th Grade: Gospel Lights Choir
  • 5th - 8th Grade: St. John Soaring Singers

Our choirs perform in various programs throughout the school year. 

  • All school musical
  • Competition in All County Chorus
  • All school Christmas Concert
  • Spring Concert
